Just a quick note to tell you a bit about the great evening that was arranged by the SRC from QCC.   Janet , Raymond, Shirley and I, the teachers and students enjoyed a wonderful supper that was provided for us (at a cost of $6.00 each) at the QCC Big Family Restaurant tonite at Evangeline ’s Church lower level.

 The event was planned by the SRC as a learning event where they had to go buy the groceries, cook and serve the meal as well as plan to make some money for their purposes.  Evangeline appeared proud of the success of the event, appropriately so. All the staff seemed to enjoy the event as well.  Diane even ate supper with the rest of us.

Everyone was in good spirits. The entire event was a strong morale booster for everyone.
